Counselling Bristol
Why start counselling?

Counselling or Psychotherapy? Counselling is similar to Psychotherapy in that we create an environment together where it is safe to explore any difficulties you may be experiencing. We achieve this by drawing on a range of techniques that support you in addressing the underlying issues that cause undesirable behaviour patterns and/or life situations. The primary difference is that Counselling tends to be shorter term therapy, which may be all that is required to create a significant positive shift. Sometimes, where more support is required this can then transition into Psychotherapy where we can explore deeper aspects as required.
